The CROSSMAX is a KNOCHE innovation designed for farms that demand uncompromising precision even under varying conditions. With its x-arrangement of discs, hydraulic working depth control, and a wide range of front and rear tools, the machine adapts flexibly to the soils, crop, and intended task. It combines mixing and leveling in a single pass—for results that are ready for seeding.
The heart of the CROSSMAX is the x-arrangement of discs. This design ensures perfectly straight operation, prevents lateral pull, and distributes the tensile forces optimally. The result is consistent performance across the entire width and exceptionally good mixing right inside the machine. It also makes adjusting the machine a breeze.
The serrated concave discs, with diameters of 510 or 560 mm, cut crop residues cleanly and mix them thoroughly into the topsoil. Even with large amounts of crop residue, the quality of work remains consistent. The special geometry of the disc angles ensures that the discs penetrate the soil optimally.
The CROSSMAX comes standard with maintenance-free, long-lasting bearings. The bearings are screwed onto the disc arms, allowing for quick replacement. Ideal for operations where minimal setup and maintenance times are a priority.
Clearly visible scales, hydraulic working depth control, and tool-free folding side plates make operation comfortable and safe. All settings can be controlled from the tractor, which saves time and reduces the driver’s workload.
The CROSSMAX comes standard with an interface for attaching a cover crop seeding unit. This unit is mounted on top of the machine, in the center, and allows seeds to be placed directly into the loose soil in front of the roller. We also offer an APV adapter as an option.
Depending on the soil type and the intended application, a variety of rollers are available. From the lightweight tubular roller to the heavy-duty U profile roller (GtG), reconsolidation can be optimally adjusted. The trailing harrow is adjustable in height and angle and ensures a fine, crumbly surface texture.
