FIELDMAX

Optimal reconsolidation for high-yield soils

Large working width, even ground contact, high area output

The KNOCHE FIELDMAX is the field and grassland roller for the highest demands in reconsolidation. Whether optimal soil consolidation in the seedbed area, breaking up crusts in case of silting, closing cavities against snails and voles, forming a surface crumble structure, or rolling down frozen seeds in the spring: the versatile KNOCHE FIELDMAX field and grassland roller is an indispensable tool for cultivation and soil preparation.

From 1.5 m working width

FIELDMAX rollers are available in front and rear frames with working widths ranging from 1.50 m to 4.90 m. This combined frame can be driven either rigidly at the rear or steerably at the front of the tractor. Whether Cambridge ring, star ring, or crosskill ring, all rings can be fitted.

Up to 12.2 m working width

With a working width of up to 12.2 m, FIELDMAX rollers deliver enormous area coverage and impact. All machines are equipped with a double pendulum joint on the folding arm, allowing the rollers to always adapt optimally to the soil.

Cambridge ring

The classic Cambridge ring with a diameter of 510 mm has proven itself in field rollers for decades. This ring shape is universally applicable on almost all arable soils and also on grassland. The KNOCHE Cambridge ring with its special profile is characterized by the fact that it leaves a wave profile in the soil, thus reducing the risk of erosion. As a result, no smooth channels are created in the soil. The Cambridge ring is also mounted on the shaft with a serrated cleaning ring. The serrated cleaning ring not only achieves a good cleaning effect even on cohesive soils, but also a good crumb effect by breaking up clods. The Cambridge ring leaves a very fine structure in the topsoil, which ensures a fine-crumbled seedbed. This seedbed in turn ensures good germination conditions and optimal crop emergence.

star ring

In recent years, the star ring has become increasingly popular. This ring is characterized by a jagged profile. The star ring is ideal for seedbed preparation. This special profile is able to leave behind a coarser soil structure. In addition, this ring shape has the decisive advantage that the clods are sorted within the soil structure. This results in a seedbed that is fine and sufficiently compacted at the bottom and coarsely layered at the top. This effect has decisive advantages in terms of soil warming, gas exchange, and, above all, precipitation absorption. This is a good way to counteract silting after heavy rain. Star rings are also ideal as a tool for breaking up such crusts after winter.

crosskill ring

The crosskill ring is the special ring for special requirements. Whether for vegetable cultivation in the heavy Rhine valley, sugar beet cultivation on clay soils, or as an alternative for a good crumb effect. The ring with the "cutting" cams has the advantage that it achieves less depth effect during compaction. This reduces the risk of silting and increases the water absorption of the soil. The crushing performance of the ring is significantly higher than that of the other rings. This effect also increases with increasing speed.

FIELDMAX 620 – the all-rounder

Our best-selling model is the FIELDMAX 620. It is characterized by a simple but extremely robust and therefore durable design. The machine can now also be equipped with a lower link connection and, optionally, with Individual operating permit documents for road transport at 40 km/h ex works.

*Axle loads over 3,000 kg require a compressed air brake for driving on public roads in Germany!

*Total weights over 3,000 kg require an operating permit for driving on public roads in Germany! This can be ordered ex works.

We would like to point out the requirements of the StVZO (German Road Traffic Licensing Regulations) at this point.
