As flat as possible and as deep as necessary

Proper rapeseed stubble cultivation is essential!

One of the biggest challenges in rapeseed stubble cultivation is not burying the fine rapeseed too deeply. If they are buried too deeply, there is a risk that they will go into dormancy (seed rest). In this state, the rapeseeds remain viable for several years. For this reason, it is essential to work only ultra-shallow when cultivating rapeseed stubble. With the SPEEDMAX knife roller, this is no longer a problem. Thanks to the special blade geometry, the blades do not penetrate more than 2 cm into the soil. This allows you to achieve enough soil movement to stimulate the seeds to germinate and mix the organic material on the surface, while also saving valuable soil moisture.
